1.What's your shipping cost?

We are happy to bring our customers great value and service. That’s why we offer FREE SHIPPING on all orders.

2.What countries do you ship to?

We currently only ship to Australia

3.Where are you based and where do you ship from?

We are an Australian owned and operated business, but we work with suppliers around the world to source high-quality products.

Depending on your item location, your order will be shipped from one of our domestic or international warehouse by our chosen courier (Australia Post for locally sourced items).

4.How long are shipping times?

Order processing is approximately 1-3 days.

From that point, it takes around 7-14 days to reach your doorstep.

5. How do I track my order?

As soon as your product ships, you'll receive a tracking number that will let you keep tabs of where your order is at all times.

Please note that due to global pandemic, it may take longer for your item to arrive. If you did not receive your item in 40 business days, please contact us.

6. What's your return policy?

Instead of returning items, you can contact us for a full refund. Why? Returns run counter to our emphasis on sustainability: every return has a carbon footprint. So just tell us what went wrong, send along a pic, and we’ll give you your money back in full. Then, if possible, you can donate your product to a local charity or recycle it.

7. Can I cancel my order?

Cancelations are possible if you do not receive your package within the timeframe specified for each individual product. Sometimes orders get sent out before we can process the cancelation. So if you cancel your order but still receive the package, then please go ahead and do one of three things: recycle it, donate it, or enjoy it.

8. What happens if I receive the wrong item?

If there’s an issue with your order -- if it’s the wrong size, wrong colour, defective, or otherwise not exactly what you wanted -- then simply notify us, and we’ll give you a refund. You won’t be asked to ship the product back to us.

9. Do you offer exchanges?

We do not offer exchanges. However, if for any reason you didn’t get the exact product you expected, just let us know and we’ll get you a new one.
